As of this writing Steven Mayer, the Great Neck, Long Island man missing since Monday,  has apparently not yet been found. The case is one of those reminders to be grateful for every moment we have with our loved ones. Let’s pray that this case has a happy ending.

According to a comment posted on this site yesterday by Aliza Mayer: “The search has now moved to Great Neck and the surrounding areas (possibly as
far south as Oceanside/Valley Stream). Anyone available to aid in the search is
urged to call 347-927-7701 or go to The Great Neck Synagogue at 26 Old Mill Rd
in Great Neck, NY as soon as possible. Time is of the essence!“
