As I wrote in a previous blog I am not a fan of the TV show Glee.
I credited it for amazing marketing and some talented singing and dancing, however.
I am stunned by star Jane Lynch’s comments about three of the show’s actors losing their jobs, or “graduating” after next season, however.
“I think it’s kind of cool that they will graduate. And I also think it’s kind of cool that the teachers get to stay!”
Lynch made that comment to Access Hollywood and it was picked up by yahoo!, which indicated she was being confident the show would survive.
Well, how about your co-workers Jane? Will they survive, or would it have been a good idea NOT to comment on it at this time.
In this economy, they may not find roles on other shows, and if they do it is unlikely they would be as successful as they were on Glee.
Besides, what if people are watching the show more because of them, then you?
Will it survive then?
Lynch would have been better served being more thoughtful, than gleeful, about what happened with her fellow actors.
