Perhaps David Stern is a fan of Keeping up with the Kardashians?
The NBA commissioner probably isn’t a fan of reality shows, however, as the NBA IS its own reality show.
The Kardashians probably breathed a sigh of relief when Stern nixed a potential trade of Odom in part for superstar guard Chris Paul.
Not only is Odom a good fit with the Lakers, winning Sixth Man of the Year honors last season as a super sub, but can you imagine his wife anywhere else in the country?
His spouse of course is reality show star Khloe Kardashian.It’s hard to imagine Khloe in any other part of the country except L.A., arguing with her mother and sisters, right?
Seriously though, Odom is truly a marvelous success story in overcoming a childhood in which his father was a heroin addict and his mother died from colon cancer.
I root for happiness and continued success for him and Khloe for that matter.
