Thomas Horn, author of “The Wormwood Prophecy,” is making a bold claim – that an asteroid called Apophis will strike planet earth in 2029. He points to a unique passage in Revelation as proof.

His book, “The Wormwood Prophecy” takes an in-depth look at Revelation’s wormwood star:

“A great star from heaven, burning like a torch, fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of waters. The name of this star is wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and many men died from the waters, because they were made bitter” (Rev. 8:10–11).

After conducting a number of interviews with astronomers and government information specialist, he makes his very bold prediction.

Scholarly interpretation would agree that wormwood referenced in Revelation is an asteroid. But Horn wonders if it isn’t just an asteroid – that it could be more like an angel of God appearing in the sky to bring final judgment in an instance.
