Sunday morning, President Donald Trump attended services at the International Church of Last Vegas. While attending, Senior Associate Pastor Denise Goulet prophesied Trump would win the election and secure a second term.
“At 4:30, the Lord said to me, ‘I am going to give your president a second win,'” Goulet told Trump and the congregation. “The Lord said, ‘he is ready for the next four years.'”
It was the third time Trump had visited the nondenominational church, and hundred in the congregation were thrilled to have him again.
“This is your third time here. That means you’re a church member,” Senior Leader Paul Goulet told Trump. “I don’t care what anybody says. I love my president.”
“People are saying ‘you’re being political.’ I’m not, the Bible says ‘give honor to whom honor is due.’ I’m honoring the president right now because he’s done the right thing,” Goulet continued.
The pastor also said that Trump was the “answer” to prayers when it comes to the strength and regrowth of the nation.
“God is great and He chose the right man,” Goulet said. “Others may curse him, but we bless him.”
Trump took time to thank the congregation and promised he would return. He also donated a wad of $20 bills into the donation bucket.
“I will be back many times,” Trump said. “I know you’ve had a rough time in terms of the city — has been a tough place — but the job you’ve done to get people back is really very special.”
Trump was heard saying it was “a great honor” to attend the service, adding “I love going to churches” and urging parishioners to “get out there on November 3 or sooner” to vote.
Current COVID-19 guidelines in Las Vegas allow for 250 people or 50 percent of occupancy in houses of worship. Both Hope Hicks and Kayleigh McEnany attended with Trump as well, but they did not wear masks.
