When you’re washing your car in your driveway, make sure to use a bucket instead of a hose. Hoses use ten gallons of good drinking water every minute. Also, check to be sure that your cleaning fluids are environmentally friendly, since after you rinse your car, those fluids are going to run into your lawn.
