Wow, what a mess November was. Mercury has been retrograde since November 6, messing with Election Day, Thanksgiving and everything in between. But now, finally, Mercury goes direct this Monday, Nov. 26, and I for one am doing a happy dance.

Mercury rules communication, travel, technology and … ME. That’s because I’m a Gemini, so I feel like I was more affected by this Mercury Retrograde than some people.

I’ve been feeling confused, troubled and kind of stuck all month, but sure enough, as Mercury prepares to begin moving forward again, I can already feel the vice-grip on my brain loosening up.

I’m breathing a sigh of relief, and I know many of you are, too, because it’s the holiday season and we need to get busy making merry! We have people to see, holiday cards to mail and gifts to buy. And now that Mercury is direct, we can do all those things without expecting any problems to arise.

I should mention that Mercury is going direct in Scorpio, so our thought processes and communications with others may remain a bit intense for now, but I think the Sun in happy-go-lucky Sagittarius will even out the overall energy and make for a happy holiday season.
