Well, I must say it’s going to be a great week — how can it not when so many of us have the day off from work to celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr! But it actually gets even better than that.

My mom’s an Aquarius, and she’s definitely a brilliant eccentric that fits the Aquarian stereotype. Being raised by this quirky lady has given me so much appreciation for this sign. There was never a dull moment growing up with this woman, and now Aquarius season is one of my favorite times of year.

This is when everyone behaves a bit more unpredictably, which makes life more interesting, and people are more willing to get together for happy hour or brunch and just chatter non-stop about all kinds of wacky things.
