Isabella Strahan is celebrating her 20th birthday and reflecting on how much her life has changed in the past year.
On October 28, Michael Strahan’s twin daughters, Isabella and Sophia, marked their birthday with a trip to Disneyland. The proud father and “Good Morning America” co-host shared photos from the vacation on Instagram and posted a heartfelt tribute to them.
“Happy Birthday to my baby girls, @isabellastrahan and @sophialstrahan! Can’t believe how fast 20 years have passed ?,” Strahan, 52, wrote. “Loved celebrating at Disney and looking to celebrate many many more my loves!! Love you?❤”

Isabella also documented the trip with her family and friends, posting a video on TikTok. She reflected on how different her birthday looks this year compared to last year when she was newly diagnosed with brain cancer.
In October 2023, Isabella was hospitalized and underwent emergency surgery to remove a large medulloblastoma — a type of malignant tumor — in her cerebellum. She spent her 19th birthday unconscious after surgery while her friends and family decorated her hospital room with balloons, flowers, and birthday signs.
The model shared photos on her Instagram Stories from the moment, writing, “365 days since my life changed tremendously. Thankful for the progress I’ve made.”
Following her cancer diagnosis last year, Isabella went through six weeks of radiation, four rounds of chemotherapy, and three brain surgeries. She documented her entire health journey on her YouTube series.
On July 18, Isabella posted a vlog — titled Goodbye Hospital — announcing that she’s officially cancer-free. At that time, she celebrated the milestone on Instagram, sharing photos of her cancer journey, including the moment she rang the hospital bell after finishing chemotherapy. “After the wildest 8 months, I finally got to ring the bell. Grateful for my journey,” she wrote.
Isabella has since returned to school at the University of Southern California.
