After many weeks of planning, The Anchoress is doing something altogether original. For the next few days, she’s leading an online “retreat.”

I’m delighted and humbled to say that she’s asked me to be a part of this innovative enterprise, so you may see me make an appearance or two over there. I encourage you to wander over and take a look, have a read, whisper a prayer, and just plain Get Away from things. I’ll be posting some links to the retreat over here every now and then, too.

This promises to be a rewarding late summer respite. And don’t we need that? I sure do.
