…and some of you may have noticed that I’m now moderating comments.

Some of you may also have noticed that your comments have been rejected by your moderator.

If you want to know why, I direct your attention, once again, to the welcome remarks on the right hand column:

If you choose to leave a comment, the ground rules are simple: no slander, profanity, racism, sexism or name-calling. Violators will be deleted. I reserve the right to moderate comments, if necessary, or even shut them down. The guiding principle should be: WWJB? “What Would Jesus Blog?”

The point of this exercise in bloggery is to turn people toward Christ, not turn them against each other. Please keep that in mind. And be reasonable. As St. Paul reminds us in his letter to the Romans for tomorrow’s mass: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself. Love does no evil to the neighbor…”

I have no problem with disagreement. But do it, please, with charity and respect.

Thank you.
