I never heard of prayer flags until I saw this video. Watch one woman write the names and obituaries of those lost on 9/11. Later she hangs the papers up and over time, the ink washes away. It is a beautiful idea and I wonder if Christians ever practice anything like this.

Meet Leymah Gbowee, the Nobel Peace Prize laureate who works to help empower women in her own community. She has been through the difficult struggles alongside women in her native country, and through it all she has shown great faith and strength. Simply put, I like her.
