Stay grounded. Spend time in nature. Stay connected with the elemental powers of earth and air, fire and water.

Check your boundaries. Be careful what you invite into your space, in every
sense.

Remember that like attracts like.

Know that even when you feel most alone, help is always available.

Remember that you live in two worlds, and both are quite real. Use dreams and coincidence and meditation daily to track what is happening in the deeper world.

Act from your personal truth. Do something every day to connect with the center of your self and to act from your personal truth. Your personal truth is the set of values and beliefs that you remember and enact.

Choose where you put the energy of your attention. Energy flows where attention goes.

Live as if you mean it, in the knowledge that the only time is now. Don’t lose yourself in guilt over the past or fear about the future.

Laugh. Do something several times a day that makes you laugh.
