After years of dieting, failures, crash or fad weight loss plans, deprivation, you name it, I did it, I discovered that I need to continually feed myself and never allow myself to get hungry or ravenous.

I learned to eat every 2 hours.  Yes, I have three meals a day, but I also have three snacks a day, and at least 3 big glasses of water.

Eating every couple of hours means that I never go hungry.  My blood sugar levels are constantly taken care of, I have energy, and I’m never starving.  That way I don’t ever find myself desperately or compulsively overeating as fast as I can (or call it bingeing). I’m always physically satisfied.  If you’d like to hear an audio podcast I did on snacking, please click here and take a listen.

Try this.  It may work for you.  Please post comments below about your eating routines.  Let’s help each other.
