I have found that losing weight, maintaining it, and staying healthy is about what you do everyday, day-in, day-out. It’s the routine of health that gives you the best health you can get.
If you have huge meals every day, you will be huge. If you have small meals, you will be small. It’s that simple.
If you have a body that you cannot or will not move, you will continue to have a body that is frozen or stuck. Move your body and it will work better.
If you have a salad everyday instead of a high-fat, high-calorie meal, then you will have overall less calories per day, which can result in weight loss.
Have more vegetables and less meat, and that can result in lower weight over time.
Forming new habits and staying with them, instead of short term, crash dieting is what can help you finally get control of your weight and health. Remember, easy does it. Start with one small new habit that you can easily manage and do for a very long time, day-in, day-out.
