Melinda wrote awhile back, “I keep a daily log of my food intake & activities. I love doing this because I get to see EXACTLY what I am eating. It also forces me to THINK – BEFORE I eat (which is a new concept for me!). I plan my meals, then after I eat, I log each item, the amount and the calories, protein & carbs.”

Keeping a daily log of food and activities is a GREAT way to become mindful and conscious of food, physical activity, and the emotional and spiritual connections that I know are necessary for lifetime weight control, without dieting.

Taking a moment to log, and THINK before eating is an excellent, simple way to lose weight.  Try it!
