If I go just a few days without exercising or moving, I don’t feel good!  I feel very tired, sluggish, and in need of long naps.

It used to be when I was obese just getting up and taking a few steps wore me out.  It’s just the opposite now.  I need to take some steps, or I’ll feel worn out.

My regular routine of moving and physically playing for an hour each morning is now essential to me.  I just don’t feel good without it.

Know that I won’t feel good if I miss my re-creation routine is good motivation.  I want to feel good.  So I get up and go.
