There’s an interesting blog post at Huffington Post, written by Tom Venuto.  He focuses on the reasons why “weight loss” attempts often fail.  His premise, like mine, is about the whole picture, about keeping the weight off.  I thought you might like to be aware of it.

In Venuto’s experience, we need structure, balance, a plan, record-keeping, buddies, and trainers.  It is not just enough to “go on a diet.”  We need a whole system.
