I am getting tired, sick and fed up with giant corporations that make really unhealthy food – aren’t you?  Here are some of these highly attractive, but really toxic “foods” to be avoided.  Don’t eat them!  Especially if you want to lose weight and live a long life.

Movie Theater Popcorn:  a small one can be anywhere from 680 to 1,000 calories, and that’s the unbuttered variety.

Giant Burritos:  a chicken burrito stuffed with sour-cream, guacamole cheese, beans, and rice can range from 1,000 to 1,500 calories.

Fried Mozzarella Sticks: 622 calories, mostly fat, for a serving of 3 small pieces.

Deep Dish individual pizza (side offering at a large nation chain): 1,500 -2,300 calories.  And this is a “side-dish!”

Store bought Muffins:  these sound low-calorie and low-fat but at 400-600 calories each, it take hours of exercise to burn off the equivalent in calories in just one medium sized muffin.

Why do I say these are toxic?  Because they make us ill – they increase possibilities of coronary heart-disease, obesity, and certain cancers.
