You may want to take a look at my colleague and friend, Therese J. Borchard’s guest blog about a recently released book that talks about weight gain from antidepressant medications.  Although I have not read the book, the title takes me by surprise, as it says to “eat carbs.” Over the years I’ve heard from a lot of my clients that weight gain on various medications is very real.

The book is by Judith J. Wurtman, Ph.D., Co-Author of The Serotonin
Power Diet: Eat Carbs — Nature’s Own Appetite Suppressant — to Stop
Emotional Overeating and Halt Antidepressant-Associated Weight Gain.

Do YOU have an experiences with weight gain and medications?  If so, you’re not alone, many people do.  We’d love to hear from you — please post below.
