Calra, a reader of this blog wrote in a comment the other day… “i have a lot of guilt and anger built up inside of me and i don’t never go to church because of work that satan has made believe that Jesus won’t forgive me. My life is so screwed up i don’t even know where to begin and to ask for his forgivness. anyways so i let my life go on and try to avoid my bother about preaching to me just because i know what i need to do but don’t know how.”

I’d like to try a suggestion, since Calra asked.  Of course, I don’t have all the answers, but I know God exists, and helps us if we ask.

Forget everything you know, or think you should do, or beliefs about satan, or what people preach at you say – all of that extra “stuff.”

Just go deep inside yourself, and say a little prayer, “God, I put you in charge.  I give you my life.  Show me the way, God.”  If you are Christian, ask Christ by name.  Once you do this in all sincerity, I believe that God will show you the way, and Christ will offer you His forgiveness.

I join you in prayer.  If you’re not Christian, I join you in prayer, too!  I also join you, Calra, in knowing that I make a lot of mistakes, and struggle too, and need constant forgiveness from God.
