Today, I want to pose a few simple questions to you about overeating.
Are you trained to overeat?  Ask yourself this, and think about your answer.  Then think about some other questions connected with it:
Every time you eat, do you have a full meal?  Such as a full bowl, or a plate that is filled-up?  Are you compelled to have more than one thing – an entrée, a few sides, dessert?  Drinks?
Do you think it’s necessary to fill yourself up every time you eat?  Can you stand to not be full every time?
Do you feel the need to eat every time you see food, such as someone else eating, or a TV commercial, or food ad in a magazine or newspaper, or internet site?
Please post your answers, right now, quickly, in a comment below.
Visit this column tomorrow and let’s discuss your answers.  I have some ideas for you, to help you break any overeating habits you may find yourself having.
