Today, I want to acknowledge and honor you – my faithful reader. You are a very important person to me! Although we don’t know each other, we have a lot in common.
We are so dedicated and working hard to be the best we can be. We watch what we eat, do our best to eat healthfully and in moderate ways. We choose foods that are lower in fat and calories. We do our best to eat more vegetables and fruits! We limit carbohydrates, and fatty meats.
Once in awhile, though, we let ourselves enjoy some less-than-healthy food, because we want to be and stay “real.” This program, this life isn’t about being “perfect,” after all. It’s about being realistic and being the best. Making a consistent effort is what will help you get healthier, thinner, and be the best you, you can be.
I honor you, too because you are God-filled, and part of God’s precious creation.
