You can’t just rely on a magic pill or quick weight loss scheme. You must learn to eat more healthfully, and use your body to burn calories. Simple equation, challenging proposition.
It’s important to have a good way to salve difficult emotions, through healthy expression and spiritual practices.
Relationships are key, too. We need to be loved and valued. We need comfort and joy, not only through food.
