You may already know how I practice and teach that daily prayer and meditation is vitally important. Now, I am teaching an ancient Christian prayer, the Jesus Prayer, far and wide in a movie and book.

The prayer goes like this:

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner.

There’s a short version, too:

Lord have mercy.

You don’t need to be Christian, or a church-goer to try this most powerful prayer. (You might want to consider Christianity and church though, but that’s another topic!)
