It’s a season full of cheer, gifts and celebrations. It can also be a season when old and difficult feelings can enter in. Many people find the holidays to be stressful, and even depressing.
Christmas may be a time of get-togethers, but it can be a time of loneliness. Hanukah may be a festival of lights and celebrations. The season may also be a time when things are not so bright – and you’re counting the ways things are not going so right, right now.
