I know this sounds like an odd combination, but this is a really tasty treat that will help you stay on your weight loss track. Do you like peanut butter cup candy? Uh huh, me too! How about chocolate peanut butter ice cream? Oh yeah!

To me, this recipe makes a dessert treat that hits my ice cream, chocolate and peanut butter buttons all at once. And only about 200 calories.

Dr. Norris Chumley’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Delight

1 cup no-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon unsweetened chocolate powder
1 packet Stevia sweetener
1 tablespoon peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, natural is best, the kind without additional sugar)

In a small bowl, stir the Stevia and chocolate into the yogurt. You can mix it thoroughly, or do what I do – only slightly stir it in to make chocolate ribbons.

In a small teacup, take a couple of teaspoons of yogurt/chocolate mixture from the other dish and combine it with the peanut butter. Mix well. Add it back into the chocolate yogurt concoction, and just lightly mix, leaving strands of peanut butter lilting through and through.

I hope you enjoy this as much as I do!
