Here is what we are having for dinner tonight. Three kinds of green vegetables. No “greens” as in leafy kind. Greens in other ways. Tis is the kind of dish that your can really eat a lot of, with no remorse or guit, as they
are totally good for you, and a totally non-fattening.
DR. NORRIS CHUMLEY’S EATING OF THE GREEN DELIGHT
1 green pepper
1 head of green broccoli
1/2 pound (about a cup or so) green beans
1 small onion
1 chicken or vegetarian bouillon cube
Chop the onion. Chop the vegetables. Cube dice, not so fine! In a sauté pan, pour about a half-cup water and a bouillon cube into the mix. Place the vegetables on top. Cover, sauger on low heat until tender. Don’t overcook!
Enjoy as much as you what of this simple, cheap and yummy dish.
