Here’s a delicious sandwich.

Take a yellow squash, a zucchini, a
carrot, a green or yellow pepper, some onion and mushrooms. Cut them in
long, narrow strips.

Now get a skillet, put in 1 tablespoon olive oil, and a vegetable (or chicken) bouillon cube, and sauté the vegetables. Cook about 5-7 minutes until slightly soft, but not over cooked.

When done, put a few slices of each vegetable on a bun with two slices of cheese. And enjoy.
This is a delicious, low-fat, healthy lunch. It gives you three food groups: vegetables, grains, and protein.
Not to mention minerals, and living energy from fresh produce.
