Today’s Sunday Inspiration: In memory of the Overland Park hate crime victims: Terri LaManno, Dr. William Lewis Corporon and Reat Griffin Underwood.
I wish you could see me in summer
When the fair sounds echo at night
And the sun shines bright all day
When the ocean waves are rolling
And the sand is nice and warm
When the clouds are driven out
And the kids play all day
When the lights are bright at night
And the sounds echo through the land
When the night fades away
And the day comes to stay
And my life is in the palm of my hand
I wish you could see me in summer
All young and wild and free
Roaming around this earth that God
Has given to all of us
Not only me.
