The heat is on. Attorney General Holder appears before Congress tomorrow to take more questions about the botched U.S. law enforcement initiative designed to combat weapons trafficking at the border. But, by all accounts, Operation Fast & Furious was deeply flawed – a botched program that ended up taking the life of a U.S. border patrol agent.
Now, with fresh evidence from the Justice Department itself, there are serious questions about whether top law enforcement officials inside the DOJ were telling the truth about this program.
In an interview with Megyn Kelly on FOX News, I expressed concern that no one is taking responsibility for this debacle. There have been some resignations and reassignments along the way. But no one has been fired. No one has taken responsibility for this mess.

As a Congressional investigation intensifies, Attorney General Holder will appear before the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday. He will be asked direct questions about what he knew and what he did not know about Operation Fast & Furious.
We will see how that unfolds.
The fact is that this unfolding scandal is just that – unfolding. We are learning new facts every day. New allegations are surfacing, too.
