When you buy a copy, you’ll also be supporting the work of Malala Yousafzai, the 16-year-old Pakistani advocate for girls’ education who was shot in the head by the Taliban in 2012. Malala is now back in school and has started a non-profit organization to support the education of girls in places where girls seeking an education for themselves face cultures of violence and intimidation.

With the first 1,000 copies of Grace Sticks, every penny of the author proceeds will go towards the Malala Fund.
