The Spanish Mr. Adrià referred to as “the leading inspiration for avant-garde cuisine worldwide, alternately referred to as a mad scientist or Salvador Dali of the kitchen” is a delight of intensity as he works at what New York Times called “the most influential restaurant in the world” two hours northeast of Barcelona in a town called Roses, Spain all captured with precision and grace by Gereon Wetzel
El Bulli has since closed its doors as a restaurant and now operates as a foundation and teaching academy.
