You are not trying to be any one else, you are living your life as an expression of love for who and what you were put on the planet to do. This breath represents the fullness of all that you are, every cell of your being alive and awake to who and what makes your heart beat down to the cellular level ingrained in the codes of your DNA.
Appreciate the amazing magnificence of all that you are and all you were put here on the planet to do.
Love. Yourself. With wild abandon and cherish the moods and rhythms of your sacred sounds. There is only one of you. Complete and healed and whole and in full possession of unending joy, peace, love and presence of self.
Experience all of you and say Thanks God for who you are. Exactly as you are.
Take that person into the world and celebrate each step, each encounter and each expression of your truest self, fully revealed and alive and awake in each moment.
If you get hung up on any part of remembering to love who you are, ask yourself the beautiful question “Why Not take all of me?” and enjoy Willie Nelson singing All of Me a song written in 1931 in a decidedly different era…
Why Not? What do you have to lose?
Why not take a chance on accepting yourself and your way of being as perfectly perfect.
Why not?

THE INNOCENT GRACE OF BEING
We never know why we are made a certain way. Who’s to say one quality you consider a hindrance isn’t the key to your path through. You never know how the gifts you have been given will be received and to what affect. All you can do is give your gifts freely and openly.
In talking to reporters when Walt Disney opened Disney Land he shared, “It’s something that will never be finished, something I can keep developing and adding to. It will get more beautiful every year. And it will get better as I find out what the public likes.” The happiest place on earth was built on the spirit of work in progress where adventure unfolded and imagination flourished and the never ending process was cherished.
I gladly give up my fear
I move into eternal joy
Standing in the truth
Balanced and at peace
Returned to full awareness
Celebrating my life
Let my heart rise and flow
expanding through my breath
In its ever radiating glow
Restore my blissful self to its rightful seat
In Love
Inviting my heart space
to unlock the treasure chest of recognition
Prospering in all ways and means
Revealing what is already mine
In service to my magnificence
Striking a tune the likes of which emanates from my soul
The hum of which cascades ever forward
Gently with force
Exploding the crucible of my being
Once crucified and crushed
Now
Free
In Harmony
