A precocious survey respondent

A couple of scholars are doing a national study on reading habits, and specifically on why people read. Is it for escape? For education? For social reasons/book club participation? And how does religious belief and practice affect what people read and how often they read?

If you’d like to participate in the survey, click here. It only takes a couple of minutes. In addition to knowing that your participation will help save reading, unicorns, and life as we know it, you can also sign up to be registered for the raffle of a fancy new Kindle Touch.

Actually, I shouldn’t have told you about the survey. If you all take the survey you will diminish my own chances for the aforementioned Kindle. Hmmmm…. Nope, altruism is winning the day. Go take the survey.
