Are you looking at your day and feeling frazzled, over-committed, and stressed?  Try to set some better boundaries to rein in the frazz. 

In her “10 Ways to Say No” gallery, Therese suggests that you fill your calendar with “appointments” that might include things like hot bubble baths or quiet time.  That way, you can legitimately tell someone who’s asking for more than you’re able to give, “Sorry, I’m booked.”
