It requires no thought, but it’s the most important thing we do. Breathe. Very often its quality reflects our emotional and mental state. Check it out right now–notice your breathing. What it like? It has been said many times over by many yogis and others but by controlling our breath we can control our experiences. We can be more present. Breath also transports us from one moment to the next. Breath is our connection to spirit, to our body to the world, to our deepest selves.
