We just produced this very cool quiz, if I do say so, “What’s Your Meditation Style?”
I came out to be a mantra meditator–who knew? In it, the author, Andrea Ferretti, helps evaluate whether you’d be a good fit with walking, sensory, mindful, guided, or mantra styles of meditation. It’s especially helpful if you’ve ever uttered the words, “I can’t meditate.” Not all meditation styles are created equally. Some let you wander, or sit with your eyes open, or just enjoy what you’re eating with all your might. And the great news is meditations of many kinds have been show to lower stress and increase positive feelings. Neat!
