I am grateful that I have a job that lets me write about gratitude. Wanted to share this gallery I put together about things to be grateful for right now. Studies galore show that people who are grateful–a.k.a. appreciate what they have more than they crave what they don’t have–tend to be happier and healthier on every level.
I keep a regular gratitude list and find that it keeps my heart on its toes–even on the cruddiest days I can usually find 10 things to be happy about, which reorients me, like a plant turning to light.
