DanielAyisi.jpgSurfing around the internet today, I found an interesting article with a gospel artist in Ghana named Daniel Ayisi. In the interview he addresses the question, What is Christian music? Since Dave Weiss’s guest post on Friday was on the same topic, I thought it might be cool to share that interview with you and get a sense of how God is working in another corner of the globe,.

The interviewer asks, “How do you define Christian music?” to which Ayisi answers, “Christian music is the type of music that has all its message falling within the word of God.” He goes on to say:
“The approach of not being judgmental in any way since after all judgment belongs to God and none is perfect, presenting encouragement not being precise on issues like about sickness or poverty but being general. In this, the musician is able to catch the attention of all rather than being specific which cuts off some attention in a way.”
