BlessTheFall.jpgArizona rockers Blessthefall kick of their latest tour, with guests Confide, on November 17 in Bakersfield, CA, the first tour with their new lead vocalist Beau Bokan. Bokan joined the group after former frontman Craig Mabbitt left the band suddenly in 2007 during the band’s European tour with Silverstein.
Not one to give in easily, Blessthefall soldiered on, and after a several month-long search found the perfect replacement in LA native Bokan. Drummer Matt Traynor explains, “It was not an easy task finding a singer who can sing well, rock out, and most importantly, fit in with the band and click with the four of us. (Beau) is the nicest dude we have tried out and sings like a beast.”
The band released its first song with new vocalist Beau Bokan last month, the fiery anthem “To Hell and Back,” in partnership with Buzznet.com, and just unleashed a second track, “We’ll Sleep When We’re Dead,” exclusively on their Myspace page.
On Friday, November 14, the band will do their first interview with Bokan at Buzznet’s Hollywood studios and are offering three lucky LA-based fans the chance to join the band live in studio and lead the interview. For more info and to register to win, visit www.buzznet.com.
The band’s week-long road trip concludes with a hometown show in Scottsdale, AZ on November 22 at The Venue of Scottsdale, with special guests Drop Dead Gorgeous. For more about Blessthefall, visit their MySpace page.
