Thanks to Robert White of the Christian Week newspapers in Canada for passing this music tip along to me:Glenn Lavender, bassist for downhere, has teamed up with friend and musician Kalyn Allen to form a side project – indie alt-folk duo, Hark The Herons.The songs are fantastic – a different sound and vibe than the modern rock sound of downhere, but very similar in the artistic depth to the lyrics.
