There is a big difference between observing and noticing something or someone and judging, criticizing and evaluating.
How do you feel when you are being judged?
How do you feel when you are sincerely being acknowledged?

Kindness, encouragement and love support, uplift and inspire people.
They make even the most difficult challenges easier to bear.

When something is said with anger, judgment or criticism it colors the communication
and makes it hard, if not impossible for the person to receive the full message.

There is a nice way to say everything.”

In life we cannot always do great things. But we can do small things with great love.”

Kindness is a language that we all can understand. Even the blind can see it and the deaf can hear it.”

                Mother Teresa

The next time you find yourself judging someone else remember, “There by the grace of God go I.”  (Usually the person we are toughest on is ourselves.)

We all could use more forgiveness for ourselves and others.
We could all use more grace.

Whatever you acknowledge is true for you and the more you acknowledge it the more it grows.
So what do you choose to acknowledge yourself for being?
What do you choose to acknowledge others for?

We need love now more than ever.
Hugs, smiles and encouragement are magical too!

Remember, whatever we focus on is what we create.
