How do you create your best success?
By taking a break and spending some quality time in nature to rest and rejuvenate on a regular basis.
As important as hard work is, working smart is even more important.
And one of the most essential factors to achieve success with balance and health, is to make sure that you give yourself time away from your work and home environment.
Each day, make sure that you are leaving your work environment and spending at least 10 minutes or more outside for fresh air and sunshine to recharge your body and mind. Each week, make sure that you spend some quality time in nature – the beach, a park, hiking, walking, breathing, etc.
If you are feeling a bit low on energy or having negative thoughts, go outside and find a nice tree and put your back against it. Take 10 nice, deep breaths and feel the tree touching your back and feel its energy and strength. Notice how much better you feel and how much more clear you are.
Every 3 months or at least every 6 months, it is wise to take some time for a 3 day break or longer if possible. If you think that you can’t afford it, you actually can’t afford not to.
Giving yourself a change of scenery will not only improve your health, but it will refresh your mind and mental creativity and renew your spirit. New ideas and new opportunities will come to you. It will make your appreciate your life, home and work.
Being successful and prosperous includes more than just money. It means having a healthy, quality and abundant attitude and lifestyle. It includes feeling good and free to do what you want and need to do. Remember, God is your banker, not the local bank. Everything you have has been given to you from God.
So if you want something, anything, God is the best source.
As you are made is His image and from His energy, acknowledge that you are part of the Godforce and deserve to express your divine potential and live a prosperous life.
Giving yourself a break will “sharpen your axe” and bring you better health, wealth, creativity, joy and abundance.
