“Hardship, in forcing us to exercise greater patience and forbearance in daily life, actually makes us stronger and more robust.  From the daily experience of hardship comes a greater capacity to accept difficulties without losing our sense of inner calm.  Of course, I do not advocate seeking out hardship as a way of life, but merely wish to suggest that, if you relate to it constructively, it can bring greater inner strength and fortitude.”

Dalai Lama

Life brings pain and discomfort and no one can escape it.
By not resisting it you can transcend it.
You can turn your disadvantages into advantages.

The key is not necessarily doing something different, but being different.
Allow life to be the way it is, do not resist it or try to change it.
Use the situation to empower yourself and to take your best action at the most appropriate time.

Find ways to discover advantages in your disadvantages.
There are opportunities within every problem.
Turn frustration into fascination.

Complaining does not help, it wastes your vital energy and resources and attracts more negativity.
Just let go and allow what is to be the way it is.
Observe without judgment and discover what is happening and what is best for you and others now.
Then take the appropriate action.

You can grow, transform and be successful from exactly where you are now.
You can use whatever challenges you have as opportunities for growth and development.
The greater the challenge, the greater the potential success or triumph!

This moment is your point of greatest power.
What is happening must happen so make the best out of it.
Worst case, turn lemons into lemonade.
