The secret is that it starts with you because you attract and create your life.

Whatever the current state of your relationships, you can transform them by transforming yourself.  After all, how can you ask your partner to be or do something that you are not willing to be or do?  Who would want to have a long term relationship with someone who was not kind, caring, loving and a good friend?  Communication is so powerful and remember that you communicate silently with your eyes, energy, body language and energy even more than with your tone and words.  All are important contributors to healthy, thriving relationships.

What’s exciting is that anything is possible and no matter how bad your current relationships are, you can make a quantum leap.  You can become a good communicator and listener.  You can become a wonderful partner.  It’s up to you.

Many years ago, I promised myself that I would heal the patterns of communication and relating in my life and family and create healthy relationships.  It was the most important thing in my life and I vowed that I would become a healthy example.  I focused and searched for all possible information, books, seminars, guides and support.  Fortunately, I met Michael Wyman and Ariel & Shya Kane.

They are great teachers and role models.  But no matter how good their example and information is, I had to make the choices, take the actions and continue to learn and develop new patterns of relating and communicating until I transformed.  It was worth all of the challenges, sacrifices and cost!  Then the real fun began because life became so much more exciting, joyous and fulfilling.  Every day I have the choice.  For me, people are the greatest resource in the world and to make the best contribution that I can, I have to be the best person and being that I can be.  How about you?  How important is the quality of your life?  What contribution do you want to make?  You can achieve anything you truly want!
