You constantly talk; to yourself and others.  Your “self-talk” creates your feelings, actions and outcomes.  With positive “self-talk” you empower your self-esteem, self-confidence and self-image.  With negative “self-talk” you destroy it.

Words are powerful: once you say something out loud, it cannot be taken back.  Choose your words with care and awareness.  Your words can inspire, encourage, heal and prosper or they can devastate yourself or another person.      Choose with discernment, because the subconscious doesn’t take a joke….it takes everything in.

Most of us have inherited negative patterns, beliefs and values from our upbringing, our environment or from our own choices.  Use affirmations and repeat them consistently over 21 days.  You create a new pattern or belief system which replaces the old negative pattern.  When using affirmations, they must resonate with you.  Your words and pictures must create a strong image and feeling for you.

When you combine the words of an affirmation, with your strong emotions, feelings and pictures, you create a powerful dynamic force – it is a new reality and experience.

Napoleon Hill, in his book “Think and Grow Rich“ stresses the power of autosuggestion.  Tony Robbins highlights the power of “incantations” and credits a lot of his success to reprogramming his brain, belief systems and actions through words linked to powerful states and physiologies.
