Life is not a dress rehearsal.  This is it!
Every moment is a precious opportunity.

Each person is a human/spiritual being going through their evolution and learning lessons.  A true hero is unconditional in their love and compassion for others.

Every day is a new day and a fresh page.
A real hero makes the most of it.

How can we judge another without judging ourselves?  Our world needs each of us to live our truth and follow the Golden Rule.

Can we truly know the pain and challenges another person is going through?

Are we here to help or hurt, to give or receive?

It’s pretty simple – be kind, be good and be here now. 

If we even have to think about whether something is right or wrong it probably isn’t.

Do all the good you can every moment.
Practice acts of random kindness where ever and whenever possible.
