Let’s start from looking at yourself from the outside. Imagine an outsider viewing you. An outsider’s perspective is realistic, balanced, and sees that the whole is more than the sum of its parts. Let that outsider also be kind and compassionate (no need for judgment or cruelty on any level).
Now imagine that you can see and appreciate how others view you.
