What are you most afraid of?

I’ll admit it, I’m afraid too.

Sometimes the world terrifies me.

How can one be conscious and not be deeply moved by the suffering of human beings and Nature, the destruction of Mother Earth in the name of a profit, the majority of which is not shared, but instead is siphoned off by a small elite of mega-rich?

I’m afraid my ideas will scare people, and I want to fit in. I hold the collective hysteria of the witch-hunt in my memory—a hatred that overwhelms reason and has a religious fervour beyond any reasonable plea to kindness.

Warriors are not invited to be phony. It goes against the grain and harmony of their souls.

biko2Steve Biko was a warrior of justice. Biko believed that:

“It is better to die for an idea that will live,
than to live for an idea that will die.”

It is deep in the recesses of our disconnected selves that we seek to reunify with something greater than ourselves. This force connects particles into patterns of consciousness that reach all the way into the cosmos.

Human beings are hearing the call. A few intrepid souls fought bravely against the currents of fear-based thinking and limitation to show us what is possible. Slowly we are collecting ourselves together and gathering steam, forming communities digitally and in person.

We are hearing the call for greater expansion and to connect with our true purpose.

“There is a vast spiritual awakening in progress in our world. Quietly and soulfully, many are returning to the truth of who they are, seeing the futility of the world’s ego ways. If you surrender to this call from within, it may lead to a deep questioning of ‘the way we do things.’ There will surely be moments of loneliness, where you feel that you no longer belong, as the world tries to pull you back into its worn-out paradigms; but if you stay in peace and follow the call, your soul will begin to see truth in a deeper way: the remembrance of perfection, your own and that of others. This truth is the only freedom there really is, and its power is beyond anything the world can offer. It is your power. It can move mountains. It can heal you; it can heal the world.” ~ Sherri Lane

The Sanskrit term samsara (saṃsāra) referring to the cycle of death and rebirth to which life in the material world is bound, suggests that both suffering and the world that causes this suffering, are essentially an illusion.

The more mindfulness we can engender, the more we can see the illusion behind and within it, and develop wisdom to prepare us, to nourish us, and to protect us.

Behind all creation, is a love that unifies us and reminds us of our true nature. To understand this love, is to understand all of existence and creation itself. The experience of life has an intrinsic double-edged sword, a richly-veined polarity that expands and fills a unified field. Each person is a universe and contains within the seeds for creation itself.

There is nowhere where there isn’t light, nowhere where there isn’t found darkness.

The temptation for sorrow is always present. As the philosopher Albert Camus wrote, we can always choose another way— “If the descent is sometimes performed in sorrow, it can also take place in joy…The struggle itself toward the heights is enough to fill a man’s heart.”

There is nothing that is real about the material world, nor our place within it. So why believe it? Why believe what you see?

“The soul is not born, it does not die, it was not produced from anyone, unborn, eternal, it is not slain, though the body is slain.” ~ Katha Upanishad

Religion is not a “religion”—what we are following is an insanity if we follow something without thinking, without feeling, without using the knowledge and wisdom we have…without running it by our inner “knowing.” Following something “religiously” or a religion unthinkingly, well, this is not connecting us to God, this is an out-dated insanity, something of the old.

Spiritual awakening is about liberation from outside influences that seek to control, limit and darken. It is as much an internal process as anything external or outside-focused.

This world of co-creation is materially-based, built on consciousness in three-dimensional space and time. It is not real, nor is it pure illusion. We make our dreams and collectively share agreements, partner with others in what makes up our world. Our dreams create this reality.

The new wave is as much about conscious co-creation as it is about community and service. Many are still serving their masters, or selfishly only pursuing our own narrow vision. For us to co-create is to vibrate at the same or similar frequencies. We must let go of being “prostitutes” for in the service of another’s agenda.

The shift is happening before our eyes.

Are you with us?

Do you hear the call of the mystic’s heart? Do you feel a first-hand connection to the deepest wisdom traditions? Would you like to change your relationship with religion, change your relationship with your heart, your body, your soul, and life itself?

Who is responsible for making your choices?

Who is creating your future?

We are powerful creators. To understand our past thinking, look at present creations. And remember the secret (as shared by Anthony Douglas Williams): “Love is the secret password to every soul.”

Behind all the details is an infinite consciousness that never changes and loves us unconditionally.

Do you hear the call?
